The Musandam Peninsula is a prime
site for diving, where the widest
bio-diversity of species anywhere in
the world can be found in its
waters, and the sheer quantity of
marine life is breathtaking. In
general the most colorful corals and
reef life are found in the first 30
meters.
The diving can be extreme, due to
strong currents in the entrance to
the Staits of Hormuz, but the sites
in the numerous bays in the Musandam
provide excellent opportunities for
novice divers and snorkelers.
The sites start only 30 minutes away
from Dibba port, and stretch to 4
hours were you would be rewarded
with pristine underwater scenery.
They include diving on coral reefs
around headlands, drift diving,
channel diving and wall diving.
Exploring this beautiful area is
best done with our Dhows, where we
take you to ideal spots for
swimming, diving and snorkelling,
while enjoying the onboard
facilities, and the delicious
freshly cooked meals.
